With a background spanning growth marketing, digital transformation, community building, and technology-driven social impact, Samson has worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors helping organisations, startups, and small businesses increase visibility, scale operations, and leverage digital tools for growth.

Mercy U. Enem is a project management professional with over eight years of cross-sector experience spanning civic technology, environmental health, information technology, construction safety, and community development.

She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation, and a Master of Science in Environmental Health Communication. She is currently an independent researcher collaborating with researchers in Hungary and the United Kingdom on projects exploring environmental rights, AI visualisation, and pro-environmental behaviour. Her work reflects a strong interest in the responsible use of technology to strengthen public awareness and social impact.

Uzoma James is a dedicated Program Manager with a strong passion for designing and implementing high-impact initiatives that drive education, community empowerment, and digital inclusion.

She brings extensive experience managing large-scale programmes and stakeholder-driven projects across diverse communities. Her work is guided by a people-centred approach that prioritises sustainable impact, collaboration, and meaningful engagement.

Bonuola Aladelokun brings experience across public health, healthcare, government-related systems, information technology security and business operations. Her work focuses on improving complex systems, strengthening operational processes, translating requirements into practical workflows, and supporting data-informed decision-making.

At Citizen Social Contract, she brings this systems-oriented perspective to research, civic-learning content and programme development. Her background in public health management, data analytics, governance frameworks and process improvement informs her approach to developing relevant learning resources, strengthening programme quality, and supporting evidence-based improvement. Her areas of interest include civic literacy, public health and environmental literacy, with an emphasis on making knowledge accessible and helping programmes respond more effectively to the needs of the communities they serve.
